Robert Findley
CEO/Owner

Robert has a BBA; Finance Degree from Texas Christian University. Serving as President and CEO, Robert has lead American Connectors since 2007. Robert’s mother, Fran Findley, started the company in 1986 and he has continued her legacy since her passing. In his free time he enjoys playing tennis with his wife, golfing, and playing with his 2 sweet little boys.

Don Trammell
Director of Sales and Marketing

Don has a BBA; Marketing/Management Degree from Baylor University and is currently earning his MBA through Colorado State University. Don’s background and expertise is developing Channel and Distribution strategies. Please call him if you would like to know more about American Connectors. In his free time he enjoys golfing, reading, and spending time with his beautiful wife and children.

Carol Jordan
Inside Sales and Customer Service Manager

Carol just celebrated her 30th year with American Connectors. Her best friend and mentor was the late Fran Findley. Carol is the friendly voice on the other end of the phone every time you call American Connectors. She takes all quotes, orders, and knows exactly how to help in anyway, at any time you call. In her free time she loves to watch Big Bang Theory, be with her dogs and horses, and spend time with her husband.

Chris Findley
Engineering Specialist

Chris is working on his Mechanical Engineering degree from The University of Texas at Arlington. Chris is a genius when it comes to the technical side of our company, and would love to talk with you about how our products work. He deals with day to day engineering and technical questions, as well as always finding ways to make our products better. In his free time Chris enjoys playing soccer, golfing, and being with his 3 precious children.

Tracy Wendler
Director of Operations

Tracy has been with American Connectors since 2001. She is the brains behind all of the orders placed and make sure they are shipped out by the end of the day with perfect care. If you ask Tracy about a certain size of connector, she can tell you everything you need to know and more. In her free time she loves bass fishing, crafting, and spending time with her husband and daughter.

Matt Horner
Operations Specialist

Matthew has a Business Administration Degree from the University of Texas at Arlington. Matt is Tracy’s right hand man and helps with lite manufacturing and QC. In his spare time Matt keeps up with Texas Rangers Baseball, spends time with his wife, and stays involved in his church.
